I also subscribed to Sew News a few months ago. But since the online shop changed to Sewing District I am not impressed! I placed an order in November 2008 and STILL do not have my Sew Simple magazines. I have sent countless e-mails with no response. Two weeks ago I started calling the Call Centre (at great cost to me from South Africa) and each time I am told it will be sent via DHL. Each time the DHL tracking number is INVALID. How do I get my order?! Then I tried to order the latest Sew Simple magazine last week and I am told I cannot order online. All international orders must be done via phone or fax. I tried several times last Friday to contact the number provided but each time was told they were offline. PLEASE HELP! I really love the Sew Simple magazine and have several back issues.
